When you submit a demo request, you authorize us to scrape publicly available information from your business website for the purpose of building a personalized AI demo. This demo is provided free of charge and does not obligate you to purchase any services.
While our AI receptionist services are designed to improve lead capture and customer response times, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Results will vary based on your business, industry, and how the service is configured and used.
If you become a paying client, the specific terms of your service — including pricing, scope, and duration — will be outlined in a separate service agreement. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time with notice.

AI-generated demo content created from your business information remains associated with your account and will be deleted upon your request.
Our services rely on third-party platforms including HighLevel, Supabase, Make.com, Anthropic, and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or changes to these platforms that may affect our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Response Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instant Response Digital and Jason Berkowitz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
